Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor regulations
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance systems
- Facilitate training programs and career development initiatives
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Oversee HR documentation compliance and payroll coordination
- Analyze HR metrics to improve workforce efficiency
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR generalist role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003)
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Certification in HRBP or SHRM preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
