Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop and implement employee training programs and career development frameworks
- Manage HR compliance, labor regulations, and documentation systems
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to employees
- Analyze HR metrics to optimize workforce planning and retention strategies
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with recruitment focus
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PPK, Ketenagakerjaan)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing L&D programs and performance management systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is preferred
