Tanggung Jawab
- Serve guests with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring accurate order taking and delivery
- Manage table rotations efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Handle payment transactions and maintain cash drawer accuracy
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Upsell menu items and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Positive attitude with exceptional customer service mindset
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid food handler certification preferred
