Tanggung Jawab
- Serve food and beverages to guests with precision and professionalism
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Monitor tables and ensure timely replenishment of water, bread, and condiments
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions securely
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain impeccable table settings and dining area cleanliness
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with diplomacy
- Participate in daily briefings and uphold service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
- Valid food handler certification (PKP)
- Exceptional customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
