- Serve guests with impeccable timing and attention to detail
- Master menu knowledge including ingredients, preparation, and wine pairings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order execution
- Maintain pristine table settings and dining ambiance
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Upsell premium dishes and beverages to enhance guest experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-year experience in high-end restaurant service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and international dining etiquette
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic English proficiency; additional languages advantageous
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Valid Food Handling Certificate preferred
