- Develop and execute innovative menus featuring premium Indonesian and international cuisine
- Lead kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring consistency and quality standards
- Train and mentor junior chefs in advanced cooking techniques and kitchen protocols
- Manage inventory control, cost optimization, and sustainable sourcing practices
- Collaborate with F&B team on seasonal menu rotations and promotional events

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years professional culinary experience, including 2+ years in senior roles
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent certification from accredited institution
- Expertise in Indonesian cuisine with proficiency in international cooking methods
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage high-pressure kitchen environments
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for menu development and team communication
