Tanggung Jawab
- Develop predictive models using Python, R, and advanced ML algorithms for financial risk analysis
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features
- Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders
- Create automated ETL pipelines using Spark and cloud data platforms
- Lead data visualization projects using Tableau and Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Publish research findings in industry conferences and journals
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with portfolio of ML projects
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL with database optimization
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, classification, time series)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
