Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and long-term vision.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including employer branding, talent sourcing, and onboarding to ensure high-quality hires.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to maintain high retention rates.
- Manage performance management systems, succession planning, and talent development programs (training & coaching).
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and budget for HR initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Deep understanding of labor law, recruitment best practices, and organizational development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
