Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations
- Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize user insights
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality execution
- Maintain and evolve our design system components
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual and interaction design skills
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals
- Proven ability to work in agile development environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
