Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Master espresso machine operation and milk texturing
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas
- Manage inventory and stock rotation of coffee products
- Train junior staff on brewing standards and protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen team for food-coffee pairings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods and origins
- Strong latte art skills (heart, rosetta, tulip)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Basic inventory management experience
- Food handling certification preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
