Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics
- Handle financial documentation, expense reports, and billing
- Maintain digital filing systems and document security protocols
- Support HR processes onboarding and compliance documentation
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
- Optimize administrative workflows using digital tools
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration/Business Management
- 2+ years experience in administrative support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Attention to detail with financial documentation accuracy
