As a key member of our Product Design squad, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with our brand's mission of financial inclusion. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital banking in Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to final implementation
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain UI component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for effective collaboration
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in fintech or e-commerce highly preferred
