Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping
- Create user-centered designs that balance aesthetic excellence with functional requirements
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital products
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions
- Present design rationale and defend design decisions to stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Deep understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction patterns
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
- Strong visual design skills with mastery of typography, color theory, and layout
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement metrics
