Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions using remote management tools
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Develop user documentation and knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Train users on new features and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in technical support or IT helpdesk roles
- Expert knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
