Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote and on-site support
- Manage Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365)
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Train users on new systems and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and optimize network operations
Kualifikasi
- Min. 3 years experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Expert proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
