Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols, firewall configurations, and access controls
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot network issues, and conduct disaster recovery drills
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Provide tier-3 technical support for critical business applications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years administering enterprise-level Linux/Windows servers
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred
- Proven experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
