Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor security measures including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls
- Proactively troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Oversee backup/recovery procedures and disaster recovery planning across multi-site locations
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell/Python) and configuration management tools (Ansible)
- Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Document system configurations, processes, and create technical SOPs
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios/Zabbix and optimize resource utilization
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (3+ years experience)
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server administration (2016/2019) and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration and shell scripting
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Hands-on experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall configuration
- Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault) and disaster recovery planning
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
