Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement microservices architecture using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor 3+ senior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Lead system optimization initiatives achieving 40%+ performance improvements
- Architect secure, scalable solutions handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Establish technical standards and best practices across development teams
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive DevOps automation and CI/CD pipeline enhancements
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Proven track record of mentoring senior engineers to technical excellence
- Strong background in fintech or high-transaction systems architecture
- Advanced problem-solving skills with complex system design challenges
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent English documentation abilities
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP Architect, CISSP preferred)
