- Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions supporting 50M+ daily transactions
- Lead enterprise cybersecurity frameworks and incident response protocols
- Mentor 5+ IT specialists through technical skill development programs
- Optimize cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) reducing operational costs by 30%
- Drive vendor management and technology procurement strategies
- Develop disaster recovery plans with 99.99% uptime SLA requirements
- Analyze business requirements to deliver innovative technical roadmaps
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years progressive IT experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expert certification in AWS/Azure or equivalent cloud platforms
- Proven track record in enterprise cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience managing IT budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strategic thinking with executive-level communication skills
