Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex technology projects and migrations
- Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity frameworks and compliance protocols
- Optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments for maximum efficiency
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through emerging technology adoption (AI/ML/IoT)
- Establish KPIs for IT performance and conduct regular system health audits
- Mentor junior IT staff and cultivate technical excellence across the organization
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with 8+ years progressive experience
- Expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices
- Proven track record leading IT infrastructure projects with budget > IDR 5B
- Advanced certifications (CISSP, CCIE, TOGAF) or equivalent technical mastery
- Strong strategic planning skills with experience in scaling high-growth tech environments
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for stakeholder communication
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
