Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and implement enterprise-level IT infrastructure solutions including cloud migration, network security, and disaster recovery
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex IT projects with agile methodologies
- Develop IT governance frameworks and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring, automation, and capacity planning
- Mentor junior IT staff through technical training and career development programs
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years in IT infrastructure management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), virtualization (VMware), and containerization (Kubernetes)
- Certifications in CISSP, ITIL, or cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect)
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale IT projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ITIL framework implementation
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Experience with Javanese regional operations preferred
