Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure including cloud platforms, networks, and servers
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect organizational assets against evolving threats
- Lead digital transformation projects including system migrations and technology upgrades
- Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and mentor junior IT staff
- Optimize IT operations through automation, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, ITIL) and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive IT experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure management
- Advanced knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat intelligence, and incident response
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex IT initiatives
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CCIE, TOGAF) highly desirable
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English communication skills
