Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud services
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage IT projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide expert technical support to resolve complex system issues and optimize performance
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and disaster recovery plans
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technology training sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology-driven business solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in enterprise-level network administration, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
- Proven experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNP, or equivalent) highly valued
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency
