Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain scalable IT infrastructure including cloud networks, servers, and security systems
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across 15+ departments
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure 99.9% system uptime
- Mentor junior IT staff through technical training and career development programs
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company data
- Collaborate with C-suite to align IT strategy with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Certified in AWS/Azure and ITIL/Prince2 methodologies
- Expertise in hybrid cloud architecture and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex network and system issues
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
