- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures that align with business goals.

Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or staff-level role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least two major programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, Node.js) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
