Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Mentor 5+ senior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews
- Establish engineering best practices and automation frameworks
- Drive system scalability and performance optimization initiatives
- Represent engineering in cross-functional strategic planning
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting for complex distributed systems
- Stay ahead of emerging cloud technologies and security trends
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in microservices architecture and containerization (Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of mentoring senior engineers
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Engineer, etc.)
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
