Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve complex technical issues via phone, chat, and email
- Document all interactions in CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with engineering team to escalate critical bugs
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles
- Train junior support staff on troubleshooting methodologies
- Analyze support metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct periodic system health checks
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years enterprise-level technical support experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network protocols
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Jira and Zendesk systems
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
