Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and endpoint security systems
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for self-service
- Coordinate vendor relationships for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Lead incident response during critical outages with SLA compliance
- Mentor junior support staff and optimize helpdesk workflows
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Informatika/Ilmu Komputer dengan minimal 3 tahun pengalaman
- Sertifikasi CompTIA A+/Network+ atau Microsoft 365 Certified
- Pemahaman mendalam tentang virtualisasi (VMware/Hyper-V) dan cloud services
- Kemampuan troubleshooting jaringan LAN/WAN dan sistem keamanan cyber
- Pengalaman manajemen ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang luar biasa dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris
- Kemampuan bekerja dengan tekanan dan manajemen waktu yang efektif
