Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-level IT infrastructure across multiple regional offices
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing complex digital transformation projects
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Mentor junior IT professionals and conduct technical training sessions
- Ensure 99.9% system uptime through proactive monitoring and incident response
- Collaborate with C-suite to align IT investments with revenue goals
- Evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity) for implementation
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 in Computer Science/IT with 8+ years progressive experience
- Expertise in enterprise architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid cloud models
- Proven track record leading infrastructure teams of 10+ professionals
- Certifications: CISSP, CCIE, or equivalent security/network credentials
- Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory compliance (PSE, PPID)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent presentation skills
- Experience managing IT budgets exceeding IDR 5 billion annually
