Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain SQL databases for efficient data extraction and analysis
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for executive decision-making
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing for product optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines
- Present findings to C-level executives with actionable recommendations
- Lead data quality initiatives across 3+ product lines
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data storytelling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis with SQL/Python
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Excel
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization projects
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
