Tanggung Jawab
- Dispense medications with meticulous accuracy and provide comprehensive patient counseling on usage, dosage, and potential interactions
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels and regulatory compliance
- Conduct clinical medication reviews and collaborate with physicians to optimize therapeutic regimens
- Lead pharmacy staff training programs and implement standard operating procedures
- Monitor drug utilization patterns and contribute to formulary management decisions
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Pharmacy Practices and national pharmaceutical regulations
- Develop innovative patient education materials and health promotion initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 Apoteri (S1 Farmasi) from accredited university with minimum GPA 3.2/4.0
- STR-A (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker) and current license to practice in Indonesia
- Minimum 3 years of hospital/clinical pharmacy experience with leadership exposure
- Advanced knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and drug interactions
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., RSIS, e-Halo, or equivalent)
- Certification in Pharmaceutical Care Management (FIP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to regulatory compliance details
