Tanggung Jawab
- Manage medication dispensing with 100% accuracy verification
- Conduct patient consultations on drug interactions & side effects
- Develop evidence-based pharmaceutical care protocols
- Collaborate with physicians on personalized treatment plans
- Monitor medication adherence & therapeutic outcomes
- Ensure strict compliance with BPOM & MOH regulations
- Maintain inventory optimization with zero-waste practices
- Train junior pharmacists on advanced compounding techniques
Kualifikasi
- S1 Farmacy degree from accredited university (min. GPA 3.2/4.0)
- STR-Apo registration & valid BPOM license
- Minimum 5 years hospital/clinic experience
- Certification in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacotherapy
- Advanced knowledge of drug compounding & sterile preparations
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software (e.g., FarmaSoft)
- Strong analytical skills for therapeutic drug monitoring
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia & English communication
