Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain sterile procedures and infection control protocols
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with calm professionalism
Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan (S1 Nursing) with STRN valid
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care
- Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts and high-pressure environments
- Valid BLS certification (renewable)
