Kualifikasi
- S1 Keperawatan (S1 Nursing Degree) with valid STR-Ners certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hospital setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking ability for complex patient situations
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
