Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Deploy and maintain network equipment (switches, firewalls, VPN)
- Create documentation for IT processes and user guides
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Provide user training on new technologies
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD
- Cisco networking certification (CCNA) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with ITIL service management framework
