Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for 200+ users
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document SOPs and maintain IT asset inventory systems
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Min 2 years experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, and cloud services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience with ITIL processes preferred
- Ability to travel between Solo, Surabaya, Jogjakarta, and Kediri
