Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud integrations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft 365 environments
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure issues
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent certification
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support environments
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications in CompTIA A+/Network+ or Microsoft 365 preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Experience with ITIL service management framework
