Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop, mobile, and network systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security tools
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with IT team on infrastructure upgrades and security protocols
- Train employees on IT best practices and system usage
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals
- Certification (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365, or Cisco CCNA) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software diagnostics
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote support tools
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
