Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 200+ endpoints
- Manage Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Deploy and maintain network systems (Cisco, Palo Alto)
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation
- Train employees on digital tools and best practices
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Informatika/IT with 2+ years support experience
- Microsoft/Cisco certifications preferred (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Proficiency in PowerShell, SCCM, and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux environments
- Experience with Service Desk tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving agility
