Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and network equipment
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions in knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Experience with ITIL framework and ticketing systems
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
