Tanggung Jawab
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols across Windows/Linux systems
- Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and cloud services
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and digital tools
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and G Suite
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent industry-recognized credentials
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/verbal)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones and locations
