Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/Linux systems
- Manage network infrastructure including VPN, firewalls, and cloud services
- Provide Level 1-2 support via ticketing systems, phone, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems with standardized software
- Maintain security protocols and implement data protection measures
- Document technical procedures and create user knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Informatika/Ilmu Komputer atau bidang terkait
- Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman di posisi dukungan teknis
- Kemampuan troubleshooting jaringan (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Sertifikasi CompTIA A+/Network Plus atau setara
- Pengalaman dengan Active Directory, Azure AD, dan O365
- Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik
- Pemahaman dasar virtualisasi (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Kemampuan bekerja dengan SLA dan KPI teknis
