Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols across company systems
- Deploy and configure Windows/Linux environments and cloud services
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Train staff on digital tools and security best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
- Network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certification CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
