Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade network infrastructure (SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls)
- Lead network migration projects with zero-downtime requirements
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Develop automation scripts for network provisioning and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid cloud integration strategies
- Document network architecture and create operational playbooks
- Lead incident response during critical outages (24/7 on-call rotation)
- Mentor junior engineers through our knowledge-sharing framework
Kualifikasi
- S1 Teknik Informatika/Sistem Informasi dengan min. 5 tahun pengalaman jaringan
- Certifikasi CCNP/JNCIP atau setara (CCIE/JNCIE diprioritaskan)
- Pengalaman mendalam dengan Cisco/Juniper hardware dan software
- Kemampuan scripting Python/Ansible untuk otomasi jaringan
- Pengetahuan mendalam tentang TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, dan QoS
- Pengalaman manajemen proyek ITIL v4
- Kemampuan analisis dan troubleshooting jaringan kompleks
- Bahasa Inggris fluens untuk dokumentasi dan komunikasi global
