Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement advanced ML algorithms for business forecasting and customer behavior analysis
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Design A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy ML models into production environments
- Lead cross-functional data initiatives requiring statistical modeling and natural language processing
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay updated on industry trends through conferences and research publications
Kualifikasi
- S1/Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data science projects with measurable business impact
- Expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design (A/B testing, causal inference)
- Strong communication skills translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
