Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare consultations and treatments
- Conduct accurate patient examinations and diagnostic procedures
- Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progressCoordinate with specialists for complex cases and referrals
- Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR)
- Participate in emergency response and on-call rotations
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S.Ked. with valid STR from IDI
- SPP Spesialis Kedokteran Umum certification
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Commitment to medical ethics and patient confidentiality
