Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals to drive digital transformation.
- Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure IT systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive management to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
- Compliance: Ensure all technological operations adhere to industry standards and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software development and at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive technology role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and agile methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
