Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to final implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Create pixel-perfect UI systems, prototypes, and design documentation
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure design feasibility
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing
- Develop design systems that maintain consistency across 15+ digital products
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with 3+ years in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in UX Research (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) preferred
