Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Present findings to stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business strategies
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging AI technologies
Kualifikasi
- S1/S2 degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics
- Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating data science projects
- Experience in E-commerce or FinTech preferred
