Tanggung Jawab
- Develop end-to-end machine learning solutions for business optimization
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimental design
- Create real-time data pipelines using Spark and Kafka
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster innovation culture
- Collaborate with product teams to implement data-driven features
Kualifikasi
- S1/Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in Python/R with production ML deployment
- Expertise in SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and data visualization
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Portfolio demonstrating impact-driven data projects
- Experience with NLP and computer vision technologies
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
